It does not, but it is long enough to grab each end. I am not very flexible so it is difficult for me to touch my hands behind my back, this is long enough to grab each end and use easily.

Q:Can this be used dry as a back scratcher?

Wasn’t made for that purpose but it’s material is rough enough to scratch. Feels amazing in the shower
